7. Users have the following rights:
Be informed about the processing of their data
Upon the user’s request to the Company, to receive information from it, from which sources and what their personal data was collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients their data was provided during the last 1 year. The information is provided to the user by e-mails specified by them. postal addresses no later than 30 days from the date of the request. The Company provides such data to the consumer free of charge once a calendar year.

The user has the right to receive information about data security breaches. The company undertakes to send a notice to the user by his e-mail. by e-mail (if known to the Company) within 72 hours of learning that the user’s data has been compromised (eg has been hacked into the Company’s server, website, etc.).
The consumer, not agreeing with the actions or omissions of the Company, has the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

In all cases (i.e. both by sending an application by e-mail and submitting an original application), the representative of the Company accepting the application has the right to request the submission of an identity document or a copy thereof certified in accordance with legal acts.
The Company shall respond to Consumer requests and inquiries no later than within 30 days of their receipt.
8. Entry into Force of the Policy and Changes
8.1. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this Policy, the Website and, where applicable, users will be notified by email of any changes to the Policy.
