UAB Vandens linija, company code – 135860434 (hereinafter – Wellmer or the “Company”) privacy and cookie policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) provides the basis for collecting, processing and storing personal data of website users.
Users’ personal data is collected and processed only for the purposes set forth in this Policy. The Policy applies to all Users who visit the Site.
The Company is considered to be the controller of users’ personal data.

4. User consent to data processing for direct marketing purposes

5.4. When paper or electronic documents are required to be kept by legal acts (for example, legal acts approved by orders of the Chief Archivist of the Republic of Lithuania) for a certain period of time, such documents shall be kept for no longer than required.

6.1. The Company processes users’ personal data for the following purposes:

7. Users have the following rights:
Be informed about the processing of their data
Upon the user’s request to the Company, to receive information from it, from which sources and what their personal data was collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients their data was provided during the last 1 year. The information is provided to the user by e-mails specified by them. postal addresses no later than 30 days from the date of the request. The Company provides such data to the consumer free of charge once a calendar year.
Upon request, request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate user data and / or the suspension of the processing of such personal data, except for storage, if the user finds that his personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate or is being processed unlawfully and unfairly. Upon request, the User has the right to demand that the Company delete personal data related to him / her when the person does not agree or revokes consent to data processing (right to be forgotten), unless the Company cannot delete user data due to their necessity for contract performance or mandatory enforcement. .
The user has the right to receive information about data security breaches. The company undertakes to send a notice to the user by his e-mail. by e-mail (if known to the Company) within 72 hours of learning that the user’s data has been compromised (eg has been hacked into the Company’s server, website, etc.).
The consumer, not agreeing with the actions or omissions of the Company, has the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
